Customer Support Representative
The Customer Support Representative's prime focus is to provide exceptional customer service to clients by ensuring quality responses to the overflow of incoming calls.

- Sales Representatives’ Support
- Support the Sales team with their customers’ requests
- Place orders for customers and print packing slip for shipping
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Follow up on shipping or FedEx discrepancies
- Process Orders for International Wholesalers
- Verify inventory in stock & provide tracking details for dropships
- Place drop shipments for wholesale clients
- Customer Complaints
- Record all customer complaints, ensure that all the correct information is entered
- Communicate with Technical Support department for compounding inquiries
- Enter a formal complaint in the system and follow up with Quality Control department
TRAVEL: No travel required.
- Excellent communication skills required; fluent English basic French (oral & written)
- Knowledge of Spanish is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage stress effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Syspro/MasterControl an asset
- Up to one (1) year experience in customer service
- Experience working in a call center and/or a pharmacy is considered an asset
- Minimum Cegep/College degree. Science background is considered an asset
