We are currently looking for an expert in customer service / customer success.
This person must have an interest in computers, an ease with applications and web platforms. Analytical and problem-solving skills are key assets asthis person will be in frequent contact with clients to help them find alternatives and/or solutions to problems. The chosen candidate will also have to be structured andhave properphone etiquette as they will regularly receive calls from customers and third parties. Since the Customer Relations team is still small, the selected candidate will have to show initiative, reliability and autonomy with his daily tasks.
The Customer Relationship Manager has a key role in the company as it is a position that bridges the gap between customers and our development service. Reassuring while educating customers during changes to the platform, defusing delicate situations when necessary and ensuring the proper maintenance of the Meditel service.

The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
