As the Manager, Brokerage Sales, you’ll be reporting to the Regional Vice President, Business Development and will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Account Executives. You are high-energy, dynamic, passionate and not afraid to challenge the status quo. You’re a natural leader with the ability to develop strong relationships across the organization. You will manage meaningful relationship with the brokerage community to ensure their overall satisfaction with Medavie Blue Cross. You care deeply about these relationships and what you do everyday. You’re the go-to expert on all things group insurance and you’re always keeping up-to-date on the latest industry trends.
