This role is a key driver of business objectives working closely with the sales and marketing leadership teams. You will pull together various platforms and stakeholders, managing our demand waterfall lead flow, reporting, analytics and scorecard. You lead planning, marketing processes, analyze key metrics and implement testing to continually improve marketing performance and ROI. This is a highly collaborative role, working with marketing, sales and sales operations.
The successful person will own the marketing tools and processes with the aim of making the team as efficient as possible. In depth knowledge of Marketing Automation/CRM and reporting platforms, specifically Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau is key, and an excellent grasp of inbound/outbound/digital/cross-channel marketing journeys is essential. The ability to prioritize issues, scope solutions and implement fixes in a timely manner is a key part of the role.
