What You Will Do:
Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the Regional Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the project management of different areas; Regional Events, Regional Social media, Ads and Digital Display requests, Marketing Decks, and Regional Campaigns. In addition to supporting the Regional Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the Advisory Team Coordinators and procurement on events, managing the team’s creatives, managing internal resources and stakeholder relationships as well as managing client-facing presentations.
You will be responsible for developing events and sponsorship strategies for financial, practice and living solutions based on line of business needs as well as developing deep knowledge of the regional market place and our relative positioning on it. You are required to understand the value proposition for all lines of business to ensure they are promoted properly and managing all incoming requests from the Regions and working closely with ATCs to understand event needs and requirements.
An important aspect of your duties will also be to identify opportunities where social media and digital displays can be appropriately used to market events liaises with regions to discuss. You will effectively coordinate social media campaigns by working closely with the Social Media team to build Facebook Event pages, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads as needed. You will manage design creation by working with design team by providing needed specs and collaborating on concepts and you will be responsible for retrieving and tracking results of each Social Media Campaign related to Regional Marketing.
As the Regional Marketing Specialist, you will also be responsible for the creation and management of all client-facing presentation decks including partnering with designers, editors, and more to develop and manage presentation decks. You will work with the regions to determine most appropriate call to action for each campaign and liaising with Marketing Campaigns to ensure that there is no overlap in campaign work. You will be creating projects in WorkFront and ensure all reviews and approvals are obtained and captured in WorkFront in time to meet deadlines.
Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of regional marketing plans through the annual planning process, reviewing plans and making recommendations based on past successes. You will be responsible for supporting the Regional Marketing team with end to end invitation process, from intake to launch as needed. You will be required to attend events to acts as the on-ground marketing support ensuring the brand message and client experience are appropriately delivered.
What You Need:
You possess an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, coupled with 3-4 years of applicable work experience in a Communications, Events, or Marketing area executing multi-level projects. A strong understanding of Project Management disciplines and concepts as well as experience using Marketo and WorkFront would be considered a strong asset.
