Account Manager / Consultant At Magna Search Group

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Account Managers / Search Consultants at Magna hold an influential position within our four walls as they are our main consultants providing the utmost care to our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle alongside our recruitment arm in order to fulfill the needs of our partners. You will be exposed to an ever changing cycle that requires skills in business development, professional account management, leadership, and project management skills. You will use those skills in order to prospect a wide variety of clients through various communication mediums, provide consultative services to these partners throughout the recruitment cycle, and support our recruitment/sourcing team in order to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline for each project.

Qualifications:

We are open to people from all walks of life, but you should bring a few things to us!

  • 2 – 10 years of experience in a Sales/Account Management/Recruitment environment
  • A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related focuses is ideal
  • An entrepreneurial drive and an incomparable work ethic
  • A friendly yet competitive mentality that cannot be beat
  • Exception communication skills through face-to-face, verbal, phone, and written mediums
  • Ability to foster, develop, and grow relationships/accounts
  • Take PRIDE and OWNERSHIP in your work

Compensation:

  • Base Salary
  • Benefits
  • Uncapped Commission Structure
  • On target earnings: $100,000+ with the potential to earn much more as a top performer
