Director Product Management At Madison Logic

Location: New York, New York

Job Description

Madison Logic is eagerly seeking a new Director, Product Management to develop and lead a team of product managers to work alongside our engineering teams to plan, design, develop, and roll-out exciting new product features. As a critical member of the Product team, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll help prioritize the product backlog and serve as the escalation point between the organization and Engineering. If you’re a Data-driven guru who can look at user data and metrics to make the best decisions for the product, you’ll love growing with us!

What We Have For You:

  • Own the process of executing and delivering against our strategic roadmap, while balancing priorities to continuously enhance our platforms.
  • Track various competitive and industry solutions critical to Madison Logic’s vision.
  • Make recommendations for difficult tradeoffs relating to product features, cost and schedule.
  • Influence the strategy, feature set, and product roadmap for Madison Logic features and services across all platforms from desktops to web.
  • Be responsible for getting applications from concept through design, delivery, UAT and deployment.
  • Continuously monitor and identify performance of our releases to measure wins/losses and identify opportunities.
  • Work with Engineering, Product and Designers to identify and bring new products and enhancements to market.
  • Define user stories, specs, decks, prototypes to deliver on the strategy for the product line.
  • Collaborate with designers on the UX/UI, conduct product user research, and create product user requirements for various solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to finalize solution concepts to define product and user requirements; align with teams and present to senior staff.
  • Work with engineering to ensure delivery and deployment of roadmap

What You Have:

  • BA/BS, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience in digital media and/or SaaS
  • Experience in B2B adtech or martech technologies
  • Experience in creating wireframes to deliver the most compelling user experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps & functional specifications, launching new products, developing go-to market strategies, conducting customer research, developing compelling UX, and successfully delivering applications.
