We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Analyst summer intern for our Travel Accounting Team in Sabre Springs, CA. This position is available for undergraduate or graduate students to participate in supervised practical training in a professional field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Learn various aspects of accounting including auditing of Travel and Expense report; working with traveler and or admin to ensure compliance with processes and procedures, and auditing of accounting data for propriety of information.

Use Analytical skills to assist Travel Accounting Analysts in reviewing of Travel and Expense reporting and Cash Advance request.

Gain exposure to various tools to include SAP and Concur.

Assist in applying knowledge to analyze, investigate and resolve non-routine problems.

Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Other duties as assigned or required.
Job Qualifications

Typically requires enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student at a recognized college or university.
