We are committed to delivering the promise of truly personalised healthcare (PHC). Across Roche, we are creating meaningful value for patients and healthcare systems by leveraging meaningful data at scale (MDAS) and applying advanced analytics. Together we're generating unprecedented insights about patients, disease heterogeneity, and clinical outcomes. Our mission is utilizing these insights to discover, develop and deliver highly personalised treatment plans that have the potential to significantly improve patient outcomes.
We are interested in assessing the total economic value of our PHC portfolio in the near term and in the long term, acknowledging the added uncertainty. This would be for the purpose of (1) justifying investment, (2) getting the Roche community excited about PHC, and (3) accelerating adoption by teams. For the near-term assessment, we are interested in forecasting the value of key case studies and developing average estimates for the smaller work. For the long-term assessment, we are interested in forecasting the value of investments such as Digital Health and recent partnerships.
