Job Description:

Food Valet will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of all food orders. The Food Valet is an ambassador for the company as well as for the venue.

Duties:

• Collect complete orders from the Dispatcher in delivery bags and, by foot and deliver
• Walk to the South Dispatch Desk to see if there are any additional orders for 20 Queen W
• Deliver the orders you have to the appropriate floors at Office Building in the area
• When arriving at reception, announce your delivery to the receptionist;
• Text the arrival of your order to the recipient
• Text the order number to the dispatcher (this will serve as the delivery time)
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Speak English well and communicate effectively
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education including Basic Math skills
• 1 - 5 years related experience
• Computer proficiency
• Task-oriented, self-motivated and goal oriented
• Possess customer service skills
• Concerned with quality and takes pride in work
• Clean shaven and well groomed with excellent hygiene
• Punctual, mature, and reliable
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be a team player
