CONSTRUCTION OFFICE MANAGER
A growing Construction company is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual for the position of Office Manager, candidates must have reliable employment record.
Candidates must have 3*years experience in a construction company*as office manager, working with programs including Quickbooks, Adobe, and Hard Dollar. Candidate will assist management in various phases of pre-qualifying, preparing and execution of commercial bids, collections, payroll, and billing. Candidate will work with project managers after award of project, to prepare job cost reports, schedule of values, site specific safety plans and other documentation required by the CM at Risk or General Contractor on new project.
Candidate must have 3 or more years of experience withQuickbooks in a construction environment.Candidate will be responsible for the input of financial documents pertaining to the day to day operation of the company including receipts, billing or invoicing of clients, and input of bills for vendors and service providers. Monthly balancing of credit card and bank statements.
Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and internet search procedures.
