Lakeland Ridge is a K-9 school with approximately 759 students, 40 teaching staff, and 11 support staff. The school is located within Sherwood Park, Alberta.

Elk Island Public Schools is recruiting a full-time 1.0 FTE School Counsellor at Lakeland Ridge School
This position commences February 19, 2019 and ends June 28, 2019.
A master's degree in counselling and registered or provisional psychologist status is preferred. Consideration will be given to applicants presently working on a master's in this area.
Open to: Internal and external candidates who are qualified teachers
If a continuous EIPS employee is successful to this competition, they would be returning to their substantive position at the conclusion of this assignment. This position will be re-posted during staffing season for the 2019-20 school year.
