As a front-line employee, you will be responsible for upholding the esteemed reputation that we have built. To achieve this, you will be expected to handle each customer interaction with a high degree of professionalism and ensure that you are always up to date on important information regarding our client's current services.
Daily operations in our company will include attending team meetings so each member is operating with the same goals in mind, and personal development of innovative solutions to any issues that may arise. You will be able to interact directly with your customers to more efficiently provide information and support on behalf of our clients. You will also be in charge of tracking customer feedback to establish long-term solutions to commonly encountered problems. This position will function in a collaborative environment, with helpful and approachable office managers available to guide your progress.
