Process daily timesheets; weekly payroll; time off requests; update attendance records; set up new employee's. Also responsible for various payroll reconciliations.
Work on disciplinary issues, handle employee orientations, insurance FMLA, and STD.
2-4 years' experience processing payroll
Minimum of 2-4 years' of HR responsibilities
Prefer 2 years' experience in an accounting role
Intermediate level Excel (pivot tables, formatting, v-lookups, if statements)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organization skills and ability to work both independently and with a team
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Excellent communication skills
