Job Description
We are seeking a full time Bookkeeping Assistant / Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to multi-task and who pays close attention to detail. QuickBooks experience is a must! Daily tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Direct Assistant to the Controller
- Order entry and invoicing using Quickbooks
- Managing AR and AP filing systems
- Providing general customer service, including answering and directing phone calls
- Booking travel, meals and entertainment arrangements as needed
- Providing general support to visitors
- Acting as the point of contact for specific clients
- Handling requests from senior managers
Requirements:
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize the workload
- DETAIL ORIENTED
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
