Accounts Payable / Contracts Coordinator:
Must have construction office and QuickBooks experience. Bi-lingual Spanish speaker preferred.
Properly enter and code all Accounts Payable into QuickBooks. Pay all invoices within terms. Create weekly AP reports utilizing Excel. Set up all new projects in QuickBooks. Receive and process all client contracts. Request and verify Certificates of Insurance for all projects. File Preliminary Notices for projects. Stock office & kitchen supplies. Pick up and process mail. Misc admin work.
Must be able to greet all guests and answer phones with a pleasant demeanor.
