The ideal candidate will have at least 5 plus years of directly related work experience, advanced knowledge of Excel, accounting systems (Microsoft Navison preferred) and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Must be able to work effectively and accurately with an automated accounting system. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish (preferred, but not mandatory)
The selected candidate must have the ability to complete multiple tasks, should show experience on Accrual Basis accounting, have strong interpersonal skills, show an interest in and demonstrate the characteristics of a team player. The ability to multi-task, pay strict attention to details and demonstrate the flexibility to get assignments completed within the set deadlines is required.
AP: Supervise or execute duties as AP. Report for approval weekly payments and execute them
- Follow up on the AR and claim any unpaid bill.
- Issue monthly billing on time and manner.
- Follow up on any discrepancy with the operations department
Banks and Cash Flow:
- Manage direct sales reconciliations
- Manage Bank reconciliations
- Forecast Cash Flow
Closings: Close PnL and BS on time and manner every month. Report on corporate format adding comments and information for an fast understanding. Attend if necessary to the closing meetings.
Supervise the execution of the key contracts: leases, partners agreements, Insurances, etc.
Payroll knowledge would be preferred.
Supervise and elaborate all reports to City of San Francisco, Healthy SF or any legal document that the business need.
