ABOUT: We are a small fast paced Import Company marketing all types of Ladies/Men's Fashion Bags, Gift Packaging & Accessories imported from China. We specialize to the Fragrance/Cosmetic industry.
We are looking for a self starter that can manage purchase orders, samples, TOP, tracking orders in excel, etc.
DUTIES: Candidate should have knowledge of:
- Computers -- Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Creating purchase orders,
- Following up on detailed production/delivery process & status through daily email. Light phones
- Ordering office supplies
- Office maintenance, filing,
- Communication with China factories,
- Help coordinate production, packing & unpacking sample boxes,
- UPS/ Fed Ex/ DHL -- via computer.
- Tracking and following production orders from China.EXPERIENCE: 1-2 yrs in the import accessories business dealing with China. Someone who wants to learn and grow within a small company. Salary based on experience, Paid Holidays, Midtown location
