The Quality Administrator/Coordinator is a key position in our industrial facility where we strive to provide our customers with a high quality product. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and other personnel where you will function as the liason between our customer and sales team. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a growth organization that has been in business for more than 45 years. The successful candidate must possess strong administrative skills with some knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures in order to thrive in this environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to VP and GM ensuring day to day administrative needs are met, allowing leaders to focus on the vital initiatives necessary in successfully moving the business forward.
Ability to take on multiple priorities and execute responsibilities with a keen focus and sense of urgency.
Provide a high level of customer service to satisfy customer needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful high quality service and assistance.
Develop employee relationships and learn their roles to ensure your work is being properly reported.
Collect, analyze data and document data findings.
Produce standard and adhoc reports as requested by management.
5+ years plus supporting multiple managers.
Expert at Microsoft Office Suite (Including MSOutlook email, calendars, task lists, Contact lists & Reminders)
Excellent communication skills and a can-do customer service approach is critical to success.
Planning/Organizing - prioritize and plan work activities
Communicates effectively across all departments.
Knowledge of Quality Management systems such as ISO9001 is desired.
Ability to provide feedback to others when areas of improvement are identified also desired.
Bachelor Degree with an advanced degree a plus.
