Software Engineer: Integrations At Confiant

Confiant is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer on our Publisher Integrations team. In this new position you will be responsible for insuring successful integrations of our next generation cyber security tools on Publisher platforms. This includes building new Publisher technical integrations from scratch, debugging existing Publisher integrations, and supporting the blocking mechanisms to meet tech clients needs. We are looking for passionate technologist with advanced knowledge and experience developing with Vanilla JavaScript, Node.Js, SQL,BigQuery.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Work on Publisher Technical Integrations
• Greenfield Approach, building integrations from scratch
• Working with Publishers who are already live with technical issues
• Coding Blocking Mechanisms in JavaScript
• Participate in software performance analysis and system tuning
• Review and influence ongoing design, architecture and coding standards
• Technical investigation, platform maintenance and development in support of our ad server and verification systems
• Contribute to project milestones by avoiding and solving complex technical problems through understanding the dependencies of a complex platform
• Implement and integrate software features
• Work in a product creation project and/or technology project with implementation or integration responsibilities
• Bring productivity, quality and competitive advantage to SW development by solving complex problems in component/product level
• Understand best practices in each platform and ensure the application adheres
• Respond and resolve emergent problems; write software and build automation to prevent problem recurrence

Requirements

• Expert-level JavaScript knowledge
• analytical and problem solving ability
• Experience with frameworks, NodeJs/Express and React
• Robust understanding of performance issues, computational complexity, and code optimization
• HTML5, CSS3,
• Familiarity and implementation of industry-standard algorithms and design pattern
• Proactive and team player who can deliver in a high-pressure demanding environment
• Education: STEM Bachelor's Degree; Computer Science preferred.
• Nice to Have:
• Python , PHP, MYSQL, Postgres
• Broad knowledge of web platform and technologies
