As the Team Leader, General Operations, you will play an integral role in our success by providing ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of our software and business processes. Your hands-on approach will make you a respected team lead who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work alongside your dedicated team. Under your supervision and with your trusted guidance, your team will consistently meet the IT Operational needs of our organization.
The daily duties
While this role carries a variety of responsibilities, none are more critical than your ability to successfully lead others. Not only will you help recruit your own dedicated team of operational Business Analysts and Developers, you will also coach and empower them to provide expert IT support for all Conexus employees. Through ongoing research and analysis, you will fulfill ongoing and future organizational IT Operational needs and recommend fixes and enhancements when opportunities are identified. Under your guidance, your team will identify and manage risks on an ongoing basis. You will leverage available technology and partners in order to provide and enhance the world-class experience our members have come to expect. You will investigate and analyze organizational needs, identify feasible solutions, and liaise with internal stakeholders in order to support development. Above all else, your days will be filled with demonstrating and modelling the behaviours of a strong leader who is fully committed to the Conexus values.
