What is the opportunity? ...

This is a challenging key role within software engineering. You will be developing the code to power large Enterprise installations and IOT designs to monitor, remotely control and offer cloud services to end-clients.

Working with management and a team of engineers, your participation will help identify new technologies and strategies for implementation.

The current platform is Linux , C, C++ LAMP on our servers and we are migrating to JavaScript based webpages and Mobile platforms, Android and iPhone.

What will you do?

• Take a leadership role and manage all aspects of scoping and planning phases of for our systems software. Phases include:
• Identifying technologies for the long run development path. Perform weekly survey review and analysis of software projects, identify potential problems, provide insight for solutions and if needed detail to management adjustments to the deliverable.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as directed by management
• Actively collaborate with the team to address software / hardware integration issues
• Attend seminars and courses to main a high level of proficiency
• Maintain code in the SVN and fully document your software designs
• Work with junior engineers to design unit and integration tests
• Generate Technical and User documentation when necessary
• Work is primarily performed in an office environment.
• Out of office visits to on systems when required
• Presentations, Webinars when required

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Experience in Angular / React, mobile application development for the iPhone and Android. The candidate must have the wherewithal to create an intuitive and simulating user interface experience. Demonstrable experience with these technologies for Audio/Video, two-way communications is definitely a plus.

You must be a creative person who derives satisfaction from invention and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Our products include: In-suite security, access and elevator control, intercoms, emergency stations, interactive touch screen kiosks and entry panels. We provide a platform for remote security monitoring and control of the systems that are installed at various sites. Condoplex develops with both analog and SIP VoIP based products that support audio and video communications across the internet to remote operators.
