We are looking for a confident, detail oriented customers support specialist to come on-board. This role has a critical responsibility to ensure that our customers have a great experience when they reach out to us for help by phone or email.

Responsibilities and Duties
You will provide our customer with support on an ongoing basis, and constantly look for opportunities to reduce or eliminate support interactions by providing self-serve options. This includes the following activities:
