B2B SaaS Inside Sales Professional At Condo Control Central

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Are you an experienced inside salesperson with prior SaaS sales experience? Are you looking for a new role with a growing SaaS company?

If so, we want you to consider joining our team!

We are a small venture backed company located in Downtown Toronto looking for an Inside Sales Professional to join us. You should enjoy working with our team to help grow the business. Our office is conveniently located right above College subway station.

This is a full-time inside sales position. You will primarily spend your time in the office, but travel within the Greater Toronto Area for presentations may be occasionally required. Your role is to generate new leads, work the leads we give you, conduct discovery calls and demos, negotiate pricing and close subscription deals. This is a position which requires prior SaaS or inside sales experience. You should be self-motivated, disciplined and organized.

Interview Process: What to Expect

Our interview process for our sales hires include three steps; first we will conduct a phone interview, followed by two in-person interviews. As part of this process, we will ask you to present us with four prospects which you've identified in the marketplace who you believe will be ideal buyers for our services. Finally, you will complete an online skills / inventory questionnaire to ensure you are a good fit for our industry and team.

About Condo Control Central (CCC)

CCC is a Canadian company that provides an online communication and management software for condominiums, co-ops and HOAs. CCC provides a SaaS platform that helps property managers, board members, security and condo owners communicate quickly and easily. The system is straightforward and user-friendly, and CCC uses customer feedback to continuously improve and expand the services we offer.

Our software addresses all aspects of condo living, from announcements to tracking of visitors, packages, bookings, payments, and more.
