Conde Nast is seeking an individual to lead the consumer revenue growth strategy for Allure Beauty Box , a monthly beauty products membership, and GQ Best Stuff, a quarterly grooming and lifestyle box membership. This pivotal position will have broad oversight and responsibility for strategy, operations, financials and manage all aspects of the business.
The VP will report to the EVP, Consumer Revenue and manage a team responsible for customer-driven business strategy and results including product procurement, marketing and brand development, customer experience and insights, operations, and partner brand relationship management. We seek an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who is a seasoned operator with a hands on approach, who is equally comfortable with high level strategic development. This role oversees a committed, skilled and energetic marketing, procurement and operations teams, and must be an effective, multi-functional team builder able to collaborate with editorial, media sales, data, analytics and product/engineering teams.
The candidate must have a keen ability and enjoyment of modern, data-driven ROI marketing with a proven track record of revenue and profit growth, and operational business management success. A background in merchandising and the beauty industry/retail marketplace is a plus – as is experience in subscription/membership marketing.
