Condé Nast is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and proven product-management professional. The candidate will develop, maintain, and execute the digital strategy and product roadmap for multiple digital brands within Condé Nast. The role will be focused on developing and maintaining premier products in order to increase engagement and drive user acquisition and will require working collaboratively with several departments, brands and stakeholders. The role will partner with Condé Nast’s Vice President for Product in driving best in class digital products across multiple platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide product managers the tools to lead the development of new products, features and enhancements across various digital platforms focusing on user acquisition, growth, and engagement
Defining, tracking and improving product metrics across the portfolio; collaborating with executives on KPIs and strategy
Drive product prioritization and product management methodology for the business by working with internal and external stakeholders including Editorial, Advertising, Engineering, Design, and Consumer Marketing
Create a transparent roadmap, and ensure roadmap alignment with other product development teams
Foster a lean product culture that results in iterative product development and fast build-measure-learn feedback.
Hold and facilitate quarterly cross brand roadmap meetings
Regularly use consumer feedback, metrics, market research, and competitive analysis to help create premium products and features that delight readers and advertisers alike
Closely follow emerging technologies and industry trends particularly in mobile, video, social, and user engagement
Mentor the members on the product team and support their career growth
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
6-8 years managing digital products, preferably for a major media company.
Experience managing product teams
Demonstrated success in creating and improving innovative digital products.
Experience working closely and collaboratively with design, engineering, operations, editorial, and advertising teams.
Strong technical background and deep familiarity with agile development.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and sense of responsibility
