The CPG Marketing Manager at Condé Nast is responsible for the ideation and creative proposal writing that drives our business forward in the CPG vertical. This role, collaborates with sales, digital operations, insights, creative, experiential, and PR teams across all 30+ CN global brands.
This individual will also work closely with the Director of CPG marketing to help further refine our offerings, uncover new products and tailor corporate initiatives for the CPG category.
This position sits within The Lifestyle Division at Condé Nast which oversees category revenue for CPG, Health, Home and Travel and consumer revenue for Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, Condé Nast Traveler, Epicurious and SELF.
Provide strategic recommendations to advertisers incorporating the full suite of Condé Nast offerings
Translate CPG marketplace needs into high-touch, cross-platform, data-first and content-driven opportunities across all global platforms
Identify high-touch, cross-platform and content-driven opportunities that will serve as compelling thought-starters for client conversations and that generate potential increase of overall advertiser spend
Liaise with marketplace strategy and insights to drive strong rationale for all proposals
Ongoing collaboration with marketers across the building to align on strong CPG ideas and out of the box program elements
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years qualifying experience in publishing, digital media or CPG brand marketing or strategy
Demonstrated knowledge of the CPG category, either on the publisher, agency, or client side of the business
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Excellent creative writer with strong presentation skills
Independently develop creative ideas and articulate opportunities for key clients
Self-starter and skillful manager who can work independently and within a team setting
Able to successfully interface with senior-level internal stakeholders
