Experiences Associate

Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious Experiences Associate to support the team and help with execution of bespoke experiences, across brands, CN1 events as well as client activation management for tentpole events. We’re looking for candidates who are excited about working with some of the world’s most recognized brands – from Google to Mercedes Benz, from L’Oreal to Bumble – on behalf of the best media brands in the world.
The Associate position is a key role within the Experiences team, responsible for successfully shepherding programs from the point at which they’re sold through to launch and post-execution analysis – owning the internal client relationships with Creative, Sales, and Marketing and the external client relationships with the agency/agencies and brand contacts, and overseeing the production of the various elements internally with all necessary disciplines. This experiential role is the post-sale go-to person for all stakeholders.
Projects can range from single events to multi-city tours with several partners, with associated production budgets of $200K+.

1-2+ years of experiential project management and/or client services/account management experience

2+ years of professional experience

Experience working with internal design and production teams, and external vendors, to execute multiple programs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

High motivation, self-starter initiative, and the ability to hit the ground running
Core Responsibilities

Serve as an experiential activation client contact for select accounts
-
Manage the execution of single-advertiser events from start to finish

Generate and adhere to program production budgets and timelines
-
Evaluate creative elements throughout the production process to ensure that client objectives are met

Interface with other internal departments including Creative, Sales, Marketing, Social

Contract external creative/production vendors when necessary

Support the Head of Experiences and Head of Special Projects with administrative duties such as managing calendars, travel logistics and expenses
