The Digital Operations Coordinator provides administrative support for the digital sales operations teams. The candidate should be able to handle a high-volume environment where they need to be a quick learner with an assertive self-starter approach. This position is ideal for someone interested in a career in media sales and marketing. This position will report to the Head of Advertising Monetization Strategy & Operations based in New York.
Responsibilities will include:
General administrative support such as phone coverage, filing, expenses, scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
Facilitate event execution tied to team events, new hire on-boarding, or continued education for the revenue organization.
Oversee vendor contacts, organize meetings, and coordinate across business and Finance teams to ensure invoices are processed and paid.
Create documentation for process and automation improvements across the campaign lifecycle including project launch, adoption, and optimization.
Project manage the development of any presentation or training materials required for the aforementioned
Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms, identifying those where there may be revenue-driving partnership opportunities for CN
Special projects
Desired Skills and Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Business, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
1-3 years relevant professional experience; media, agency, new business, partnerships experience preferred.
Thought leader with track record of identifying and implementing process improvement.
The ability to distill complex media, advertising, and technology concepts into clear and simple marketing outputs.
Excellent organizational skills providing the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities under tight timeframes.
Strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.
Strong oral/written communication skills, solid presentation skills, and excellent analytical skills are essential.
Self-driven with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a deadline-oriented environment.
Proven creative problem-solving and quantitative skills. A strategic thinker.
