At Concord you will:
Utilize technologies in the analysis and solution of business problems for cloud-based contract management platforms.
Analyze engineering and business problems to develop opportunities for growth, provide stellar customer experiences and support all aspects of business growth.
Partner with organizational leaders to define product goals and drive product advancements that empower users.
Analyze requirements, procedures and problems to troubleshoot advance usability and feature issues.
Process, review and interpret qualitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights.
Work with sales, marketing and customers to understand, document, analyze and synthesize customer needs into product priorities, strategy roadmap plans and detailed specifications.
Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop new impactful features, including necessary technical specifications, coordinating development activity and tracking progress of projects.
Supervise one Associate Product Manager.
