Our Sales Team is passionate about our product and lives and breathes it every day. New logos and managing accounts are both core functions of the team. Above all, the whole team operates as stakeholders in the business and treats our clients as partners. As the Manager, Sales Business Development, you will be responsible for building, scaling and coaching the BDR/SDR team. You will fully understand the B2B landscape, create and execute go to market strategies based on target market and customer data.

At Concord you will:

- Hire, train, and manage a high performing team of SDRs or BDRs

- Motivate an already high-performing team to exceed objectives through coaching, feedback, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives

- Develop Reps into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions

- Drive team business development, prospecting and lead qualification activity and results in order to achieve strategic goals

- Define critical drivers of success and design playbooks, career paths, and appropriate measurements for the sales development organization

- Regularly report on team/individual results - Lead Quantity, Quality, Revenue

- Work closely with Marketing on defining campaign follow-up and reporting

- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure lead quality/quantity and proper follow-up

- Work closely with Sales Enablement to make recommendations on process improvements for efficiency and productivity

About you:
----------
- 3+ years of experience building, coaching, managing, and exceeding business development results for a B2B SaaS company
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Prior startup experience and exposure to building something from the ground up is desired

- Demonstrated success building and establishing successful teams with evidence of consistently exceeding quota

- Desire to lead, coach, and develop others around you. You have a passion for developing talent and coaching a team to success

- You can communicate, build relationships and influence decision makers

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
