Our Customer Success Team is the face of Concord for our customers and act as trusted advisors throughout the entire journey. It's a fast-paced environment with a fun team who are passionate about delighting our customers.

At Concord you will:

- Maintain and grow revenue from existing customers by upselling and by prospecting into new divisions
- Handle renewals & negotiations for customers within your portfolio
- Expand relationships through Up-Sell and Cross-Sell into existing customer base
- Develop strategic sales plans to effectively and efficiently oversee your customers
- Identify & build relationships with key Executive Stakeholders within your portfolio
- Obtain a deep understanding of customer business challenges - identify & propose solutions which will address their needs
- Coordinate closely with Customer Success Management to ensure we're aligned on strategy and driving the best outcome on behalf of our customers
About you:

- A minimum of 1 year of quota carrying experience in a software application company, preferably SaaS
- Track record of consistently over achieving quota
- 3+ years' experience in Account Management
- Proven ability to sell to C-level Executives, negotiate with procurement and cross collaborate within a customer's organization
- Proven success of identifying opportunities & closing deals within a start-up environment
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and Salesforce
- Proven adept in working in a dynamic and changing environment as a team player
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com applications preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
