Concealed Heating Company is looking for Commissioned Salespeople in the Manhattan area. If you are a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, and are looking to join a budding company with a proven product, we have a position for you. We believe in supporting every member of the team and rewarding success. We provide real leads so that you can devote your time selling. This is a 100% commission position.
In this position, you will be required to:
* Follow-up on leads and application opportunities.
- Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold-calling and referrals.
- Expand the customer base and establish repeat-buy accounts.
* Represent our product effectively to contractors, home-owners, designers and architects.
* Identify and report market trends in your territory.
- Maintain contact with customers through delivery and installation.
Requirements - IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 2 years of sales experience with a track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals.
- A two or four-year college or university degree. Technical certifications also considered.
- Experience in Construction, HVAC, or Plumbing industries.
- Ability to conduct technical conversations with a variety of clients.
- Strong communication skills.
- A positive attitude and are a team player.
- Competitive commission rates. Projected first yearearnings $80,000. Additional incentives for high-productivity.
