Comwave is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative, a Business Development Manager, and a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team in Toronto.
Working independently each of these roles will give the successful candidate the opportunity to build the Comwave brand among new customers through the deployment of their customer hunting skills. This will entail reaching out to potential clients with the intention of acquiring new business for Comwave and building this initial contact into long-lasting business relationships.
The primary duty of the inside sales representative will be reaching out to new businesses ranging in size from 1-10 employees in order to acquire new customers for Comwave.
In order to qualify for this role, you will have some previous sales experience with cold calling experience considered an asset. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter who has an upbeat attitude and doesn't know the meaning of the phrase “giving up”.
The primary duties of the Business Development Manager will be a combination of inside and outside sales as you work to build the Comwave brand among new businesses ranging in size from 10-100 employees. This will entail investigating new prospects via the internet, advertisements, and cold calling among other avenues in order to acquire new customers for Comwave.
In order to qualify for this role, you will have a proven track record of sales with at least 5 years of sales experienceincluding sales experience in the Telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong work ethic and will have the charisma needed in order to open doors to potential clients.
The Senior Business Development Manager will work with a range of products (Telecommunications, Networks, MPLS, WAN Solutions, Network Security, Voice Services, VoIP, Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, Unified Communications) across both inside and outside sales in order to acquire new customers for Comwave from business' ranging in size from 50 - 500 employees.
In order to qualify for this role, you will have at least 10 years of sales experience in either the Telecommunications or IT industries. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is comfortable working independently. Highly motivated individuals, with Telecommunications or IT knowledge and the ability to build up a rapport with just about anyone will excel in this role.
Candidates who demonstrate the ability to go above and beyond the call of duty to contribute to the company's overall success will have an advantage. Highly motivated individuals who understand the challenge of the market they are entering and have an energetic approach to seeking out new clients will excel in this role.
