Junior Implementation Specialist (6 month contract)

Scope of the Position

Reporting to the Manager of the Solutions Team, the Junior Implementation Specialist will be responsible for learning and utilizing CCS products, setting up new clients, working with internal and external individuals and groups to understand business and technical requirements, leverage problem solving strategies to solve customer issues, develop and prioritize recommendations for product and process improvements

Responsibilities
  • Leverage your keen attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills to manage, configure, and assist customers to Go Live with CCS solutions
  • Multi-task as you manage several different customer requirements
  • Follow a proven process and use process checklists to ensure that the software set up for dealer clients have been completed and tested prior to Go Live.
  • Handle internal and external product support requests and issues relating to implementations with a strong attention to detail
  • Provide any training to support clients with the use of CCS software products prior to Go Live and post Go Live as required.
  • Maintain cross-functional relationships with Sales, Solutions, Development, and Operations teams
  • Assist department manager with the ongoing development and improvement of Client Implementation business processes as required
  • Work closely with Global teams to stay up to date on product features, changes and issues
  • Consolidate and maintain technical documentation, integration guides and all product documentation
  • Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment by helping your team members and being a key team player
Qualifications
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering the best possible customer experience
  • Comfortable with technology and capacity to become an expert in our software in a short period of time
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to identify root cause of issues, develop recommendations and influence others
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate business/technical and other findings across organizational levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience a plus
  • Self-starter that is comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with HTML 5, Cascading style sheets, etc.
  • Impeccable attention to detail is an absolute must
  • Self-starter who is capable of working both independently with minimal supervision and in a team setting
  • 1 year of work/co-op experience in related position is an asset, but not mandatory
  • UX Design experience as a plus
