Position Description:

Our client has asked us to assist them to sell their outstanding mobile personnel recruiting solution to Personnel Recruitment Agencies and the Human Relations/Personnel Departments of medium size companies in North America.

To accomplish our client’s objectives, we are seeking a talented and competitive Inside Business Development Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
  • You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day to Personnel Recruitment Agencies and the Human Relations/Personnel Departments of medium size companies to generate interest, qualify prospects and close sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out and convince Personnel Recruitment Agencies and the Human Relations/Personnel Departments of medium size companies in North America of the value of our Client’s new recruiting software and obtain agreement from these prospects to purchase this exciting solution.
  • Gain knowledge of the client’s solution so that you can communicate product and pricing details clearly and become capable of demonstrating the benefits of this solution.
  • Develop knowledge of the client’s target industries and top three closest competitors.
  • Accelerate sales by using social media platforms.
  • Demonstrate communication skills that cultivate strong relationships with the potential new clients
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage all follow up meetings and campaigns


Qualifications:

  • Experience in the field of Sales and HR (particularly Staffing/Recruitment)
  • Fearless (by phone and other media) of reaching out to prospects and selling our client’s great solution
  • Proven work experience as an inside or outside sales representative
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written are essential
  • Understanding of the latest social media tools
  • Results-oriented self-starter who will take the initiative to get the task completed correctly and on time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially using Word.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus.
