We are seeking an Event Coordinator for our Pasadena, CA office. The Event Coordinator is the first point of contact for all marketing events and strategies at the local office level. S/he contributes to the implementation and execution of the industry and service group marketing plans, and acts as liaison to the firm marking team. The Event Coordinator will execute regional campaigns including direct marketing and email campaigns. They will also be responsible for coordinating speaking engagements as well as overall event coordination. Other responsibilities may be assigned.
