The Salesforce System Administrator is a member of the Channel Operations team supporting a Salesforce instance used by over 1,000 users across various Channel Sales, Call Center and Order Entry teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of the Salesforce.com platform, including configuration, customization, monitoring overall performance, the implementation of applications and third-party integrations. The position also includes collaborating with business partners, stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Salesforce that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement.
Must have 3 + years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator and Developer
Must have experience in working with Sales cloud/Service cloud
Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, SoQL & Unit testing
Experience using Salesforce.com Data Loader
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to speak and write English fluently
Ability to produce high quality technical documentation and analysis
Experience in building Lightning applications and using Lightning Design system, Lightning Implementations
Knowledge and ability to write Web Services. REST api preferred.
Salesforce Communities experience
Einstein (formerly Wave) Analytics knowledge/experience preferred.
Experience with Informatica Cloud
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira)
