A recognized leader in helping small and medium sized (SMB) businesses grow through state-of-the-art solutions is seeking energetic, tech-savvy, results driven sellers for a field-based Payment Solutions sales position. Applicants must be results driven, well spoken, have a positive attitude and have an ability to confidently meet with business owners to present merchant service payment solutions. Successful applicants must also have a professional appearance and abide by the company code of ethics during the sales process.
About the Position
You will be adept at generating your own leads in this business to business environment (B2B), as well as leveraging partner relationships. You will be responsible for acquiring merchant services accounts using a unique marketing program through prospecting and networking. You will generate quotes that offer financial comparisons of current rates, customizing programs that provide the maximum savings, and provide state-of-the-art equipment and award-winning Point-of-Sale systems.
Experience and Training
Previous B2B outside sales experience is a plus, but not required. We fully train and provide on-going support to help our account executives succeed. Our training program will provide you with everything you need to be successful. You will have one on one training in the field until you are confident and knowledgeable in this role. This position is about building relationships. Experience in this area comes in many forms. We are open to a wide variety of experience that demonstrates this particular skill.
Generous uncapped commissions and account residuals that ensure a steady and ever-increasing income. Our Reps will typically earn an average of $50 to $80k per year in upfront commissions in year one, plus residuals that can add 15k per year to your income (ie. $15k year 1, $30k year two, $45k year 3, etc).
