In this role, you will work in close collaboration with Google, other search engines, our feed management vendor, and multiple internal teams. An ideal candidate would have a strong technical background in running Display Ads, with a good understanding of conversion tactics, paid search account structure, and analytics tools. The role will be tasked with the planning and execution of Display campaigns, reporting, and continuously optimizing to maximize ROI.

What does a perfect workday look like?
Reporting to the SEM and Display Manager, you spend a fair amount of time working with the Paid Search, wider Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams. You start your day fresh with a breakfast and caffeine (or not) from our kitchen and get together with your team to discuss the best ways to optimize one of our most important marketing channels. Your motto? "Brilliant at basics": you know everything about Display best practices, and you have a good understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition, experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and with bid management tools. With enthusiasm and smiles and being our Display expert on the team, you assist in the planning and lead the execution of Display campaigns, optimization of impression share, click-through rate, engagement rate and other key account metrics. With an appetite for innovation, you research and analyze competitor advertising links and you are up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Display. You will be very much hands-on and taking ownership of your campaigns through execution and reporting. Finally, you dedicate the last part of your day to your own learning on innovative tech and discover what could be the next innovation to implement at Clearly.
