A High School diploma or equivalency (e.g., GED).
A minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience is required. At least 1 year of this experience must include providing customer service (in person, by telephone, and through written communication) to a high volume of diverse customers.
Applicants must be able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (WPM).
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Preference will be given to applicants with working experience using Niche (Sentry) records management system, Livelink, and/or Adobe Acrobat DC.
Experience in information dissemination, redacting and encryption would also be an asset.
Valuable assets include an understanding and/or previous working experience with: the Traffic Safety Act, the Criminal Code, the Alberta Transportation Extranet E-Collision system, and/or FOIP.
You demonstrate a high level of customer service, excellent communication skills, and you remain calm and maintain professionalism when dealing with difficult customers.
Success in this role requires accuracy, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
