About this opportunity:
Reporting to the Vice President, HR, the Manager, People Experience will take on a hands-on leadership role, flexing from strategic to tactical initiatives. The Manager, People Experience will set the vision for and lead the development of a holistic human-centered experience that best serves our Cenovus employees and supports the execution of our business strategy. The Manager, People Experience will shape the future of Cenovus through management and design of our Employee Value Proposition, Organizational Health and Organizational Onboarding, Wellness, Recognition and Events functions. The Manager, People Experience will design and build impactful experiences for Cenovus employees founded in a deep understanding and passion for how we sustain and evolve our culture and work. This role all be a member of the HR Leadership Team and will influence HR Strategy and programs and provide leadership to support the effective planning and execution of key HR Projects.
