Position Title: Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Administrator
Physical Location: 6675 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134
Reports To: CRA Manager
Working Conditions: Normal, no adverse or hazardous conditions
Job Group Category: Non-Exempt
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
The CRA Administrator is responsible for managing, analyzing and reporting CRA and Community Development Loan data consistent with the requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage CRA grants and contributions process, including the preparation of all necessary documentation.
Update and maintain assessment area demographic and economic reports.
Complete reports for management each month, quarter and year as assigned for education programs, service activities, contributions and community contact.
Compile and analyze lending reports on a quarterly basis.
Update and maintain the CRA Public File in accordance with regulatory requirements. Serve as a data resource for the CRA Specialists and CRA Liaisons in the assessment areas.
Review Performance Context to ensure that accurate data is being utilized.
Manage the monitoring and reporting of the Community Reinvestment Act activities for assigned geographies.
Coordinate the collection and organization of information, materials and other data for regulatory examinations, as requested by the CRA Manager.
Assist, as needed, with various projects affecting the bank’s CRA programs where data is involved.
Other duties as assigned.
Excellent knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including the use of pivot tables, required.
Ability and strong desire to interact with internal partners on a daily basis, required.
Capable of functioning in a team environment while executing individual
Knowledge of Community Relations and Corporate Citizenship desired.
Knowledge of CRA Exam Procedures and Community Development Purposes desired.
Knowledge of CRA Wiz software.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Organizational Management or related field.
