Marketing Program Management Coordinator At Banana Republic

WE ARE:

A dynamic, agile, high-performing team responsible for facilitating creative approval for a major local fashion retailer’s omni-channel marketing content. We do in-house what most companies use agencies for, and we pride ourselves on flawless execution in an environment of growth-oriented change. We work collaboratively with our partners in Marketing, Creative Services, Inventory Management, Merchandising, and Production to produce a best-in class omni shopping experience.

WE NEED:

Someone sharp, quick and detail-oriented to join us in the Program Management Coordinator role, focusing on managing a substantial volume of executional tasks within a fast-paced environment.

THESE INCLUDE:
  • Builds and maintains reports and weekly milestone meeting agendas using web-based project management tools (Workfront and Google Drive).
  • Assists in project timeline creation and maintenance of schedules and status in Workfront and Google Drive.
  • Captures feedback in weekly milestone meetings, and recaps to appropriate distros as needed.
  • Maintains the Marketing Pipeline shared calendar milestones, organizing by theme.
  • Partners with Studio Management to build in-context email deployments in preparation for
  • leadership reviews.
  • Maintains an archive of creative placements year over year, including key placements from retail and digital.
  • Supports the Program Management team-at-large, with special projects as needed
  • Escalates issues and recommendations to Senior Program Manager with an appropriate sense of urgency

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Highly process-oriented with superior skills in adhering to and further optimizing defined operational structures
  • Working facility with online collaboration tools and content management systems (Google Drive, Box, Workfront, MS Exchange/Office);
  • Exceptional detail-orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; enjoys interacting with all types of people;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
