Looking for an energetic individual and work in a small but dynamic team of individuals and ever changing environment. Candidate will be involved in taking phone calls and over time will need to be a creative balloon artist (this will be a required and necessary daily function but this is something we will teach the successful candidate).
Reporting to the Manager Operations, this individual must be able to interact with customers over the phone, via email or social media or when they walk into the store front.
The candidate will be required to create invoices using QuickBooks, taking payments, have some retail marketing experience and be able to use a computer.
Must be able to articulate clearly both verbally and in written form.
Should be able to work 2 -3 days per week but we are flexible if needed.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to being a critical member of a small, dynamic team of individuals who maintain a store front on a busy and vibrant street where you will bring your real world retail experiences into the business to help us continue to change and grow.
Qualifications and Skills - must be able to speak/write English fluently, hands on experience with retail sales would be extremely useful.
