Job Description

Be the single point contact in marketing for discoverability and demand generation for Sales Finance Businesses (CD/DPF/LSF/LCF/Ecommerce)

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

* Duties and Responsibilities - WHY THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED Discoverability and demand generation on digital ecosystem has evolved multi folds for the organization. To sustain and scale the growth rate we are investing in building a digital footprint for Sales Finance products. The incumbent shall be accountable to build these initiatives of scale for these businesses. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DRIVING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE Accountable to drive business performance metrics of demand generation. Design initiative structures and monitor performance of initiatives, course correct and report output. Draw data driven insights on improving customer journeys and digital asset performances. Drive key metrics across the various campaigns and initiatives. Monitor business KPIs and the impact of digital marketing interventions through continual engagement with product teams. Identify new opportunities and present cases studies. GO TO MARKET PLANNING AND EXECUTION Prepare all campaign briefs and GTM and related marketing activity plans for the above said business. Drive all digital initiatives for the above ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Identify and gather business strategic requirements from the product team. Deploy plans in conjunction with internal teams aligned to the overall strategy. Manage all incoming briefs, initiatives, action planning and alike from product team and suggest best way forward KEY METRICS Cost per Customer Cost of Acquisition Business performance Complete online funnel performance drilling down to off take Activity rates and attribution to offtake CTA (call to action) efficiencies and attribution to offtake Execution efficiency (TATs and delivery)

Required Qualifications and Experience

* ESSENTIAL SKILLS Program management Understanding of SEO and digital media marketing tools Strong understanding of EMI Finance as a product and business on it Good skills on number crunching – knowledge of statistics and/or costing would be an added advantage APTITUDE Team management and indirect influence Speed and agility Manage change and ambiguity EXPERIENCE Product management in a digital agency or Marketing Manager in a digital savvy company Consumer products and EMI Finance experience is a significant plus 4-6 years’ experience
