As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be a strong contributor to the marketing execution here at Bailey Nelson—balancing strategic thinking and effective marketing tactics, as well as growing your technical and analytical skills. You’ll take our marketing campaigns to new levels with your ability to continually test and implement new ideas quickly.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, North America, you will be responsible for marketing execution across a multi-channel strategy that includes paid digital media channels, lead generation, and CRM programs that support total company revenue goals.
Partner with Director of Marketing and Development team to execute overall ecommerce strategy including SEO and CRO projects, site improvements and lead generation to achieve online revenue goals.
Manage front end creative assets for ecommerce website including homepage banners, product merchandising, blog content and troubleshooting as needed.
Manage relationship with our digital marketing agency and maintain daily/weekly/monthly spend and revenue targets - includes campaign planning and execution of Paid Search and Paid Social channels.
Planning and execution of email and CRM program, including lead generation online and in stores, triggered customer email/SMS journeys, and database management.
Ongoing research for new digital advertising channels and ability to identify new opportunities and propose test programs and budgets.
Use data to evaluate results and monitor ecommerce and marketing KPIs to ensure programs are on track and identify opportunities to increase resources on top performing channels and campaigns.
Partner closely with retail store teams to understand how the in-store customer journey coexists with the online experience and make ongoing improvements to the omnichannel experience and drive new and repeat customers.
Develop strong partnerships with internal stakeholder groups, including ecommerce and creative teams based in Canada and Australia head offices.
What You’ll Need
5+ years experience in marketing, with a focus on B2C retail ecommerce and paid media channels
2+ years direct experience managing and executing Paid Search (Adwords, Bing) and Paid Social (Facebook/IG/Snap) channels in a brand or agency environment
Experience managing email programs with ESPs and marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mail Chimp
Experience working in major ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and Commerce Cloud.
Strong analytics background and experience with Google Analytic and/or Adobe Analytics
Experience with project management in a cross-functional environment with a proven ability to launch projects on time and on budget
Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience
HTML and coding skills are considered strong assets
