We are looking for a positive and caring individual to fill the position of: Wash Bay Lead
This position is responsible for the supervision and coordination of a team of workers to meet targets and quality standards. Responsibilities will include the training of staff in cleaning methods, safety policies and procedures, as well as the identification and correction of potential work problems and health & safety issues. Ensure careful and meticulous interior and exterior cleaning of the vehicles, taking pride in the cleanliness an appearance. Effective operation of the wash bay facility, carrying out all other duties, and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
Duties and responsibilities
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Extreme weather conditions; wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; moving mechanical parts; slippery floors.
Required to stand for long periods of time; kneel, crawl, stoop, bend; move around the facility from one area to another; handle, reach, lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds; visual acuity to perform detailed inspections; manual dexterity (hand held power tools such as: power washer, vacuum hose)
