Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, the Coordinator, Digital Marketing and Communications will be primarily responsible for the development and implementation of activities related to the corporate intranet. They will also be required to support other digital marketing initiatives within the team from a web development perspective. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial digital marketer. The role offers many opportunities to apply creativity and strategic thinking while continuing to build and expand digital marketing skills. This is a highly technical role that requires proven expertise with website development - including advanced MS SharePoint, HTML, CSS and Adobe Dreamweaver skills.
Corporate Intranet (50%) º Administer and coordinate the intake process for all intranet requests with support from the Manager, Digital Marketing. º Coordinate, program and deploy daily internal email newsletter. º Build and implement content. This will require proven experience with MS SharePoint, HTML, CSS and Adobe Dreamweaver. º Develop intranet microsites to support priority projects and activities. º Provide intranet usage analytics and recommendations to proactively improve user experience. º Work with internal departments to create department specific content. º Establish audit processes to maintain current and accurate content. Marketing support (50%) º Support development and UAT testing of the corporate website and other web-related projects. º Provide back-up support for email marketing programs. º Provide marketing metrics and insights for areas of responsibility. º Act as a champion for the LBCFG brand. º Actively participate on cross-functional project teams and proactively bring forward new ideas. º Assist with other marketing and communications projects and events as assigned. º Collaborate with graphic designers to improve the look and feel of the intranet and corporate websites and align to brand standards.
