Job Description
The Agency Sales Executive contributes to the Affinio mission by developing/executing agency sales strategies, presenting offerings and closing agency sales. The Agency Sales Executive is able to establish a strong rapport with prospective and existing agencies and is responsible for driving sales to meet established topline revenue targets.
What you'll be doing :
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Inspire clients to think strategically about how Affinio can support their business needs.
Proactively prospect potential agency customers to source new business and to expand business with existing agency customers.
Research to understand potential clients' business and how the Affinio product and service can support them.
Prepare proposals, statements of work & corresponding contracts.
Effectively negotiate price, delivery, and other terms within established programs, policies and procedures to generate profits and greater customer satisfaction.
Accurately and consistently track sales activities and processes within the Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool.
Keep current on product features, advantages, benefits, and selling points for effective communication.
Work collaboratively with other internal Affinio teams.
Other duties as required.
What we're looking for:
A proven track record of delivering measurable prospecting results and/or quota achievement.
Demonstrated knowledge of digital agency industry and experience selling into it.
Proven ability to successfully prospect and develop relationships at the C-level.
3+ years progressive experience in sales, preferably in business development, lead generation, inside/outside sales or equivalent experience and/or education.
Sound knowledge of adtech/martech.
Strong negotiation skills.
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
A strong technical aptitude that supports the ability to present to all levels and functions of an organization.
Must be highly organized and work well with priority changes and the pressures associated with achieving a sales quota.
